Ms. Celis obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts (Cum Laude) from the University of the Philippines - Los Baños in 2017 and her Juris Doctor degree (Salutatorian) from San Beda College Alabang School of Law in 2021. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022.
