MA. BERTOLA D. MEDIALDEA is an alumnus of the Ateneo De Manila University where she obtained her Bachelor of Laws in 1982. Prior to her post-graduate studies, she obtained a degree in Bachelor of Science, major in English-Journalism.

After being admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1983, she worked for Businessday Corporation as Legal and Administrative Head where she gained experience in handling labor and corporate matters. Prior to joining the firm, Atty. Medialdea spent several years working in different capacities for Pioneer Insurance and Surety Corporation, with her current role being President and CEO of the prestigious insurance company. Her experience with Pioneer Insurance and Surety Corporation exposes her to different areas of corporate, insurance and labor laws, which are the areas that she is currently spearheading in the Firm.
